When you aren’t quite ready to totally commit to going black, grays are a terrific hue to use as an in-between option because of their versatility. Another one of Hoffman’s recommendations, this particular shade of medium gray, which she describes as the “perfect transitional color to carry you into deeper shades later in the season,” is one of her favorites.
